Welfare Rights & Tribunal Service
Airdrie Citizens Advice Bureau has provided specialist representation for people challenging social security decisions for many years.
The service helps people challenge social security decisions by providing specialist advice and representation throughout the appeals process. In addition, the team offers welfare rights guidance and support to advisers across the bureau.
We assist with a wide range of social security appeals, helping people understand the process, gather supporting evidence and present their case as effectively as possible. Challenging a decision can often feel daunting, particularly when health conditions, caring responsibilities or financial pressures are already having an impact on daily life.
Our experienced advisers provide practical support and representation to help ensure that people have the opportunity to access the benefits and support to which they may be entitled.
