*Please note that assistance to complete forms is by prior appointment only. To arrange an appointment, please telephone the bureau on (01236) 754109. Other than Wednesday and Thursday (between 9.30am and 12.30pm) face to face advice is only available by prior appointment. The bureau also provides advice and assistance by telephone, email and through our national website.
The bureau will close for the festive period on Friday 22 December 2023 at 12noon; services will resume on Wednesday 3 January 2024 at 9.30am.
